1. What does it mean to be a diital citizen?
Digital citizen is a person who possess an appropriate and responsible behavior in using technology in safe, effective and productive manner. A person who acquires the knowledge and abilities necessary to use the internet and other digital technologies efficiently is referred to as a digital citizen. In order to interact and participate in society and politics, they also use digital technology and the internet in acceptable and responsible ways.

2. How can you observe social, ethical, and legal responsibilities in the use of technology tools and resources?
By following the five tenets of global digital citizenship which are the personal responsibility, global citizenship, digital citizenship, altruistic service and environmental stewardship. For example, Take care of technology equipment, Explore appropriate and safe sites for learning and research, Copyright law, Fair Use Act and Creative Commons matter, Help prevent cyberbullying, always think that Self-image is important, Make use of netiquette, Always give credit to original source, and Remember to be effective, thoughtful and ethical digital creators.
